SECUROS introduces OrthoFiber and a surgical Crimp Clamp to secure it. OrthoFiber is a high strength next generation orthopedic suture. The suture is a great alternative for cranial cruciate repair and coxofemoral luxation (along with other orthopedic procedures). Because the weak point of all sutures lie at the knot, SECUROS designed a unique Crimp Clamp for the OrthoFiber. Due to the addition of the specially designed Crimp Clamp (used with the existing SECUROS instrumentation) the strength of the loop is significantly increased. OrthoFiber works best with the SECUROS Bone Anchors.
