This morning, our CEO Ben Wolin announced that Covetrus Global has entered into a definitive agreement with Cencora, under which MWI Animal Health (MWI) will merge with Covetrus, creating a combined company. You can read the press release here.

First and most importantly, nothing changes today. Your existing agreements, pricing arrangements, service levels, and points of contact all remain the same.
