For any equipment that is not purchased from VetQuip, please complete the Request a Repair email form and one of our team members will respond within 24 hours.

To send VetQuip your equipment for repair, please complete the Equipment Repair Form and place a copy with your item. For your convenience you can attach our Delivery Address Label (which is included with the form) to the box.
Once your item has been assessed you will receive a quote via email from our Repairs Team.
