We have made this difficult choice after careful consideration of various factors, including increased operational costs, changing market dynamics, and a strategic shift in our Instruments and Equipment product range.
Our primary focus is to ensure a smooth transition for our clients, suppliers, and partners alike. We are committed to fulfilling any outstanding commitments and completing any current projects. In the coming weeks, our team will be reaching out to you to discuss any remaining service requirements and ways we will work with you to conclude those effectively. We understand that this decision may impact your practice, and we apologise for any inconvenience it may cause.
Importantly, while we will no longer be offering in-house equipment servicing, we remain committed to providing you with high-quality veterinary products and exceptional customer service. We value our partnership with you and have committed to helping you find a suitable alternative for your equipment service and repair needs. With this in mind, we are currently in the process of securing a highly professional and accredited partner to provide ongoing support for your service and repair requirements after the 24th of October 2024. We will be communicating the transition details to this provider and the support plan in the coming weeks.
